• Q:- CAN WE ENTER THE PREMISES AT ANY TIME?
• A:- Yes the premises is open 24hours, but we are inquisitive on who is storing what after hours as we do not want drug smugglers, abalone dealers and "funny business" on our site.
• Q:- Do you sell boxes?
• A:- No unfortunately not.
• Q:- Can I use a credit card?
• A:- At this stage not as we do not want fraud or the possibility of fraud taking place at our premises.
• Q:- Is there light and water and electricity in the unit?
• A:- No not at all.
• Q:- Can I use a battery operating machine in the unit?
• A:- NO this is a storage facility.
• Q:- Can I store oils, petroleum products, second hand car parts or other flammables?
• A:- NO NOT AT ALL.
• Q:- Can I store chemicals?
• A:- No not at all unless your name has been cleared through our private investigation, The detail of the product is recorded and checked. But we do NOT WANT IT.
• Q:- CAN I wash my car at the unit?
• A:- NO.
• Q:- Can I utilize your staff or give them anything when i leave some goods behind?
• A:- NO NOT AT ALL. all things donated to the staff must be reported and diarised at the office and signed off by the original owners as to avoid accusations of theft!
• Q:- How fast can I drive?
• A:- 10KM PER HOUR.
• Q:- What happens if I do not pay the fee. After 5 sms's , 5 emails. 5 telephone calls, and a registered letter?
• A:- Your property will be removed from the storage facility and placed in the open . No protections. We will endeavour to still contact you. These actions carries some heavy penalties.
• Q:- Do you remove and handle furniture?
• A:- NO not at all.
• Q:- Do you make use of a private firms?
• A:- Yes various firms are used.
• Q:- Can we send anybody with our card to enter the premises?
• A:- NO NOT AT ALL.
• Q:- What happens if we cannot attend to the unit ourselves , BUT will allow somebody other?
• A:- ONLY THE PERSON THAT SIGNED THE CONTRACT WILL BE ALLOWED TO REQUEST SUCH A PERMISSION FROM OFFICE. Please requests to be handed in during office hours only.
• Q:- What happens if I forgot or lost my card?
• A:- A new card will be printed at a non refundable price.
• Q:- What happens if I do not have my access card during weekends?
• A:- SORRY ONLY OFFICE HOURS YOU WILL BE ACCOMMMODATED.
• Q:- What happens if I do have my access card and not my driver’s licence or ID?
• A:- Sorry you will not be allowed entrance.
• Q:- What happens if my car has no licence?
• A:- Sorry you will not be allowed.
• Q:- Did you ever have a water flood or leak problem?
• A:- Not at all , due to our roof design and storm water design.
• Q:- What happens if there is a power cut?
• A:- WE GO OVER TO A MANUEL SYSTEM .This might take time.
• Q:- What happens if I suspect a guard has stolen my goods while unpacking?
• A:- Guards are all polygraphed.
• Q:- What happens if I try and bribe a guard to allow me in?
• A:- Any amount you offer will be doubled by us as an incentive... and your contract will be cancelled immediately and your goods will be thrown outside the premises.
• Q:- What happens if my debit order bounces?
• A:- You will be charged a penalty.
• Q:- WHAT happens if my debit order bounces for the second time?
• A:- We will ask you to pay your penalty and then cancel your contract afer a month.
• Q:- When will I get my deposit back?
• A:- 4 to 8 weeks from the date you have left our premises.
• Q:- When do you retain the deposit?
• A:- On assessment to all damages to the unit, as well as outstanding fees and any other costs.
• Q:- Can I use my deposit to pay my last month's fee?
• A:- NO NOT AT ALL IT IS A DEPOSIT AND NOT A RENTAL AMOUNT. you will incurr cost.
• Q:- Can I use toilet facilities at the office?
• A:- No this is storage unless you want to use the contractors facilities.
