- Each storage unit has a separate entrance with locking device.
- The complex is accessible by authorized persons only, 24/7 (24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year).
- Parking is free and loading areas are accessible from the parking.
- All storage areas are well lighted and kept clean and dry.
- For extra safety no electricity is allowed in locked self storage units and no work other than storing or removing goods is allowed in the self storage units.
- GUARDS
- The complex is surrounded by electrified palisade fencing.
- There is 24 hour surveillance of guards and cameras inside and outside.
- Guards are linked to a mobile armed security unit and each guard is provided with a panic button.
- A guard will escort an authorized person to their self storage unit.
Pricing
- A 3m x 6m unit will cost R1050 per month.
- A 3m x 3m unit will cost R650 per month.
- A 1.5m x 6m unit will cost R600 per month.
- A 2m x 3m unit will cost R650 per month.
- A 3m x 12m unit will cost R2100 per month.
- All amounts are inclusive of 14% VAT.
- Increases will occur from time to time.
- Payments are effected with a convenient debit order system.
